The Cyberspace’s Proto-Omniclass: the Cyber-NeoMarxist Manifesto

The Digital Horsemen of the Proto-Omniclass

From the cyberspace comes NeoMarxism, it’s head held high with pride and destructive fervour, galloping in on a digital stallion. A digital horseman of capitalism’s apocalypse and implosion. And fittingly, in its wake, with just as much fervour comes Cyber-NeoMarxism. It is just as proud as its physical cousin, bringing the rapid explosion of technology and thus the accelerated implosion and the proto-omniclass.

And the best thing is that this implosion is already occurring as we speak. Thanks to the decentralisation of the internet, people have become their own means of production with TikTok stars and other celebrities who no longer need managers, contracts or high tech equipment to churn out enormous amounts of content on the daily basis. There are schools in China which teach students, standing in front of ring lights with mobile phones in hand to become the next big thing. Of course, they don’t own any factories or anything but it is a good start to the implosion.

Another example of this happening is the insane increase in decentralised currencies and online stores. One only has to think of the deep web with online darknet markets like Silk Road, AlphaBay, Agora and many others. Their primary function is for people to distribute their own goods to others, they become the cyber-petite bourgeois, like an online shopping mall where they sell arms (both of the fourth generation and the third generation warfare types), drugs, forged documents and steroids. No longer do you have to go the physical pharmacy to buy your medication when you can buy it from the cyber petite bourgeois and buy unlicensed pharmaceuticals.

And with the creation of the cyber petite bourgeois, where will we go from there? We can only go ‘up’. And by that, I mean, as technology’s development accelerates, we will reach a point where perhaps every one of us has access to the means of production. Or perhaps, capital will be seized by self-replicating AI but only time can tell.

And we can’t forget the digital means of production which let people produce thousands and millions of dollars. And what are those means of production? Computers, outfitted with the best graphics cards, mining various crypto-currencies. People now have the ability to churn out a profit themselves or steal others profits by compromising online banking and crypto-wallets, all thanks to the slowly starting implosion of class.

Once we enter the cyberspace, leaving behind our physical bodies we join the proto-omniclass in the cyberspace where we own our own means of production but the moment we log off, we return back to our physical bodies. The bodies existing in the physical where we have not yet had this implosion. It is a glimpse, a taste of the decentralised Neo-Anarchist utopia arriving from the future. And one day, like a lost relative, the prodigal son, it will great us and we will hold its hand and embrace the death of capitalism and a new dawn.

In conclusion, within the cyberspace, we feel and see and experience the proto-cyberspace. We are wanderers in this fantastical digital world. We see the creation of the cyber petite bourgeois. We see the means of production being made a new. It is class, locking into the cybernetic death-drive, the reaction runway and its inevitable destruction at the hands of itself (the destruction stemming from the development of technocapital that class war inspires).
